MEET YOUR COACH
Hey, I'm Leila! My journey in Digital Marketing started over 13 years ago, where I worked in-house for brands and agencies, running campaigns with thousands of creators.
Along the way, I became self-employed, navigated constant industry changes along with burnout! But through it all, I discovered what I was most passionate about...showing others what’s possible in this industry and helping creators bring their dreams to life.
Why coaching? After seeing the lack of support and guidance for creators, I knew there was an opportunity to create something that could change the game. That’s when I founded The Creator Academy...a platform built to give creators the resources, education and mentorship they need to see longevity in this industry.
In 2024, I decided to become a content creator myself, to prove that anyone, no matter where they start, YOU can gain the confidence to show up online and build a career around your own goals.
2009
I started interning for agencies and ITV (British TV Network) in their fashion PR departments alongside studying for my degree.
2012
Graduated university with a degree in Fashion Communications. Moved to LA to pursue a career in PR. Ran my first influencer event hosted by Mariah Carey!
2014
Back in the UK, I secured a job at an accessories brand (one of the first to go online) and started working with influencers across Instagram and YouTube.
2017
I started ANYTHING BUT REGULAR after increased demand from influencers and brands who needed support. This meant I could work from anywhere in the world on my own schedule.
2024
I realised there was a lack of education and misguidance for creators who wanted to start in digital marketing so I Launched The Creator Academy and became a creator myself.
