1

What do you mean by hub?

Imagine walking into an office and having a whole team ready to go for your business. That would be the dream right? That's what our hub is, a digital version of your office with accessible team members in all areas of your business. Each managed and ran by our founder, Leila.

2

Will you come to my office?

While we work remotely 99% of the time, we understand there may be occasions where you need us to join you in person. We’re happy to accommodate to this where possible but do not offer services that require us to work from your office 9-5.

3

Where are you based?

Between the UK & Dubai. Working globally with brands and influencers across all continents.

4

How much are your campaign rates?

Our campaign rates vary to suit your needs and are dependent on the level of flexibility and scale of your campaign. As an example, if you’re looking for a team member to work alongside you remotely 9-5, that is available to join daily meetings at the drop of a hat, our rates are higher as we dedicate those 8 hours solely to your business. On the other end of the spectrum if your business suits providing full freedom and flexibility to allow us to create and execute your campaigns in our own time, whilst working to an agreed deadline. Our rates are much lower. This is the preferred option for the majority of our clients.

5

Will you run my social media accounts?

We are a hub for all things brand and social and can provide this as an additional service.

6

Do you work on commission?

No, we don’t. Our time and knowledge is valuable and our rates reflect this.

7

Can I pay you at the end of the retainer?

We invoice monthly, in advance to protect ourselves and our hub.

8

I want to run 3 campaigns at once, is this possible?

Of course, we can provide you with as much support as you need for your business.

9

What is UGC?

UGC stands for User Generated Content and comes in many forms from visual to audio and text. In simple terms, it would mean instructing a creator to produce a piece of content for you rather than doing this in house. Many brands are leaning towards ‘user generated content’ for their business as consumers resonate more so with UGC than overly produced editorial content.

10

How can you provide me with an ROI?

We measure what’s important to you and analyse the financial return and visitors our campaigns have brought to your website or place of business. If your business has seen an uplift in visitors but not in sales, there's a reason they aren't converting.

Before we start any campaign, we deep dive into how you are currently working on converting customers and if there is room for improvement, we can provide additional support and structures to resolve this.

We know how important and scary investing into your business can be, so we want to make this process as smooth as possible ensuring we build mutual trust and respect along the way.

11

Why should I work with you over one of the top social media agencies in London with offices all over the world?

We’re different because we only work with freelancers signed to our hub that are lead by our founder. Freelancers are the most dedicated, loyal and experts in their fields. We all work remotely and go above and beyond to prove our worth! We connect you with the right people for your business, we don’t make false promises and we deliver on our word.

Many agencies that claim to have offices worldwide, only have a PO BOX address and not a legitimate running office with staff in this location.

12

I know what influencers I want to work with but they’re not bringing me sales, paying them isn’t worth it?

To be brutally honest, if you are having this issue then it’s clear you don’t know what influencers you NEED to work with. It’s not always as black and white as having a homeware brand and working with homeware influencers. Or being so focused on the visuals and restricting how influencers promote your brand.

Influencer marketing is about storytelling, finding influencers and creators, who can sell a story about your brand through image, video and audio content.

Strategising to find the right influencers for you is a vital step of influencer marketing.

13

How many influencers do you know?

There’s a common misconception when searching for an influencer marketing agency that you must go with the one that shouts the loudest about how many influencers they know.

Why is this untrue? Influencer marketing is global, with hundreds of thousands of creators in varied sectors across the world. No agency can claim to know them all and 99% of influencers have a contact email accessible to all. It’s not about who you know, it’s about how we market your product or service to that influencer and their audience in a way that makes them invested in your brand. Rather than going straight to our black book, we source creators and influencers specific to your brand and targets.

Of course, we have connections in the industry and long standing relationships with influencers and talent agencies. BUT we aim to find talent that works for you.

We listen, strategise, advise and execute campaigns across varied budgets with strong results tailored to you.

14

Why do I need to work with influencers?

61% of consumers trust influencers recommendations and influencer marketing has grown to be come a $21 Billion dollar industry, outgrowing traditional marketing channels. Working with influencers, when done correctly, can position your brand directly in front of your target audience. Alongside building awareness, trust and credibility for your brand.

15

Do your rates include influencer fees?

No, it wouldn’t be within either of our interest to do this.

Agencies who often include their fees within your retainer, give you little to no visibility of the actual spend on influencer marketing. This then becomes their most important target: what £% of this fee can they keep for themselves and what minimum £% they can spend to hit a target for you. Then they will fluff this up in a report to look better than it really is.

For us, transparency is key! We want to ensure you have a clear overview of what budget we work with for your campaign to provide an accurate ROI. Our rates are kept separate from that.
