By using a credit or debit card to make a payment for our product and/or service, you grant us and our affiliated third-party vendors permission to charge the corresponding amount to your card for the payment of the products and/or services.

Under no circumstances should you dispute any charges made to your credit card (i.e., initiate a chargeback). If you accidentally do so, you agree to promptly cancel or withdraw such dispute. Please note that we reserve the right to report any disputed charges to credit bureaus as a delinquent account and pursue collection. You will be responsible for any fees associated with recovering payment for such disputes, as well as any collection costs, including attorney's fees.

When you make a purchase of our product and/or services, your personal information, including contact and card details, may be collected by a third-party service. It's important to be aware that the privacy policies and security practices of these services may differ from ours. We assume no responsibility for the independent policies or practices of these services.

Upon placing your order, you will receive email confirmation(s) verifying your purchase and providing you with a downloadable product and/or access to the digital course. These emails will contain important details regarding your purchase. If you notice any errors in the email confirmation or any subsequent emails related to your purchase, it is your responsibility to promptly notify us so that we can address the issue accordingly.

We retain the right to decline service to any individual for any reason and at any time.

Please be aware that while we take measures to protect your personal information, excluding credit card information, the transfer of such data may occur without encryption and may involve transmissions over different networks. These transmissions may also undergo modifications to comply with technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. However, credit card information is always encrypted during its transfer over networks.

Refund Policy  

All education is non-refundable and the client (and or) customer is held responsible for all payment plans. 

While we do not provide refunds, we are dedicated to addressing any concerns or technical issues you may encounter.

Cancellation Policy

Membership to The ANYTHING BUT REGULAR Creator Academy requires a minimum 4 (Four) month commitment. Payments during this term will be taken automatically via the payment method provided during purchase. 

Should you wish to cancel your membership after this term, please contact hey@anythingbutregular.com and submit your cancellation request providing the following information:

Termination & Restriction  

ANYTHING BUT REGULAR reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law. Use of the Site is unauthorised in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section. 

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and ANYTHING BUT REGULAR as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. ANYTHING BUT REGULAR's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of ANYTHING BUT REGULAR's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by ANYTHING BUT REGULAR with respect to such use. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.

You are permitted to download and print specific materials from our Product(s) solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
